About Fort Lauderdale Epoxy
This site exists because finding the right person for a floor is harder than it should be. The stories online are mostly about coatings that peeled within months, installers who blamed the owner, and deposits that disappeared. Fort Lauderdale Epoxy connects owners across Broward, Miami-Dade and southern Palm Beach County with an independent contractor who does two things, epoxy floors and concrete polishing, and doesn't sell anything else on the side. The pages here explain what goes wrong with floors and what to ask for, so you know what a sound job looks like before anyone quotes. Call (561) 556-9756 and we'll connect you.
What we are, and what we aren't
We aren't the contractor. We don't employ installers, and we don't set prices or do the work. When you call, you're connected to an independent contractor, and any agreement, price and warranty is between you and them. The estimate form goes to a referral network that matches you with a flooring contractor. This site may receive compensation for referrals; the referral disclosure has the details.
What we do is keep this site honest: no made-up reviews, no ratings we can't back up, and no promises on anyone's behalf that they haven't made. Where the pages say "ask for it," that's because you should get it in writing from whoever does the work.
