How It Works
Fort Lauderdale Epoxy isn't a flooring company. It's a referral service: when you call (561) 556-9756, we connect you with an independent contractor who installs epoxy floors and polishes concrete across Broward, Miami-Dade and southern Palm Beach County. That contractor walks your floor, writes the scope, sets the price and does the work, and your agreement is with them. The estimate form works differently: it goes to a referral network that matches you with a flooring contractor in your area. Either way you're under no obligation to hire anyone.
Step by step
- You call. Phones are answered Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 2pm. Your call is connected to the contractor.
- You describe the floor. Square footage, what's on it now, what drives or spills on it, and when you need it done.
- The site visit. The slab gets looked at in person. Ask for a moisture reading and, for polishing, a test area.
- The written quote. Prep, moisture plan, system or grit sequence, cure times, schedule and price, from the contractor.
- You decide. No obligation. Compare it with other quotes if you like.

What to ask before you sign
- What was the moisture reading, and what's the plan if it's high?
- How will the slab be prepped? (Diamond grinding, not an acid wash.)
- How many coats, how thick, and which topcoat?
- Where will texture go for wet areas?
- When can people, carts, cars and forklifts go back on it?
- What does the warranty cover, and is it in writing under the company's legal name?
- What's the payment schedule?
These come from the problems owners describe most often online. A good contractor answers all of them without hesitating.
